Maddie and Peyton’s Palo Duro Canyon Engagement Session
On our way back to San Antonio, Texas, Jason and I stopped at Palo Duro Canyon State Park to meet up with one of my 2021 winter couples for their engagement session. Maddie and Peyton knew they wanted a location that represented their style as a couple and Palo Duro Canyon was the perfect place to show this off! Ending our month long road trip with this fun couple was the icing on the cake to so many amazing sessions on the road!
I’ve had the honor of photographing Maddie’s older sister for a few milestones in her adult life and I was so excited when Maddie reached out about doing her and Peyton’s engagement photos at Palo Duro Canyon while we were on our road trip. Getting to connect with past clients' family members is always so fun and I love when I get the chance to work with an entire family!
The red rocks and views of Palo Duro Canyon made for the perfect backdrop for their engagement session and I cannot wait to go back there for future sessions! We added in a cowhide rug to tie the session together and truly show off the couples style. I can’t wait to see how their wedding day comes together after spending time with them during this session!
Maddie and Peyton will be getting married this winter in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at Parkside Weddings and Events. I’ll be making the trip to go along for the adventure and I CANNOT WAIT to capture them on their wedding day in the Smoky Mountains.
