There is nothing quite like seeing all of the different color palettes my couples put together for their special days. Each is so unique and lots of the time they put together combos I wouldn’t have thought to do. Some of my favorites are those who aren’t afraid to play with color. Whether that be in the small details, florals or just a simple touch of color from the linens.

Danyelle and Carson’s wedding day Two Wishes Ranch screamed spring to me. And I’m just saying, I wouldn’t be mad if I got to photographer a few weddings that had similar vibes ;)

Bringing Color Into Your Day with Floral Arrangements

The florals for your wedding day are where you can really make colors pop. And it’s no secret that The Bloom Bar killed it with the floral combination for Danyelle and Carson’s day! Talking with your florist is key when it comes to mixing colors and textures throughout your floral decor. I promise, they know what they are doing and will be happy to take the reins and bring your dreams to life!

BRIDAL BOUQUET + CENTERPIECES

My first suggestion in adding a pop of color in is the bridal bouquet. If anyone deserves something special for the day to stand out, it’s the bride! Taking the colors and combinations from the brides bouquet and adding it other areas such as larger centerpieces are the perfect place for a pop of color.

CEREMONY FLORALS

Your ceremony space doesn’t have to be fully decorated, but a little pop of color and texture is always fun to make it your own. A floral arch installation at the altar will be captured the most in photos and

BUD VASES

Looking for smaller pops of color? Look no further! Bud vases are not only great for filling in your tablescape, but they are perfect the tiniest touch of color.

Adding More to Your Decor

With a fun pop of color in your rentals! Venues often have everything you need, but a fun rug, chairs and color pillows never hurts anything.

Wedding Party Looks for Spring

The mismatched bridesmaid dress trend is one I hope never dies, particularly for spring weddings. Not only does it allow each of your bridesmaids to show off their own style, you’re also able to full in all of the fun colors from your wedding day!

Reception Space Decor

A space like Two Wishes Ranch doesn’t need much when it comes to decorating the reception space, but a good mix of texture and color can only make it better. Long banquet tables with white runners are the perfect setting for colorful floral arrangements and gold charges.

Charcuterie Boards at Weddings

Ok, hear me out - cheese can be part of your wedding day decor. ESPECIALLY when it is in the form of a gorgeous charcuterie board. This was such a unique touch to Danyelle and Carson’s cocktail hour. This spread was amazing!
